We have onsite booths available if you and your company wish to attend WAVE in person.  Virtual booth options are available, and regardless if you book for onsite or virtual, we set you up with your own virtual booth on the WAVE conference website, giving you a presence instantly as a WAVE exhibitor from the moment you book through to the event start date and beyond.

Join the Exhibitor List for WAVE 2023 now & the WAVE team will create your online booth for you so getting started has never been so easy! 

Just make sure we have your logo & any promotional material / images / videos and we will do the rest. 

We will contact you nearer the time to check on your representative details and requirements, whether you are exhibiting onsite or virtually.   Every onsite exhibitor has a virtual booth included in the price, to ensure you capture the attention of all our audience types; in person and virtual delegates.

Exhibiting at WAVE also includes the option for online virtual access for your nominated staff members to watch any virtual presentations that may be of interest to your company so you will never be very far away from the action at WAVE onsite or online.
